Matt Saracen is like a puppy, I just want to hold him forever in my arms. He’s the perfect son, boyfriend and human being. I love him so much. Even though he’s pretty much flawless in my eyes I admit that what makes this character so appealing is the fact that he’s always trying to prove himself; Matt thinks his second best in life and his journey is very much about learning that he is better than what people told him his whole life and that he deserves to be happy.
